Request for Service


Upload any pictures of equipment or areas of concern including Model and Make to expedite your service. You may be contacted for more information prior to a service call being scheduled.

By submitting a service request online, you are requesting a service to be preformed and agree to pay for the service call charges associated with the request.


Credit Card Authorization must be made prior to scheduling any service calls. Paradise Pools of Texas will reach out for payment and scheduling.


Warranty coverage will be considered for any item currently covered by stated warranties.


Please provide proof of purchase or warranty information when submitting your service request.


Service requests will be processed in the order they are received. Response times may vary depending on the availability of technicians and parts.


You may be required to provide additional information or photos related to the service request in order to assess the issue and provide an accurate quote.


Once a service call has been scheduled, please ensure that someone over the age of 18 is present at the location to grant access to the technician.


Any additional work or parts required beyond the initial service call may incur additional charges. You will be notified of any additional costs before work is completed.


Payment for service calls and any additional charges must be made at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, or electronic payments.


We strive to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. If you have any concerns or complaints about the service provided, please contact us immediately to address the issue.


We reserve the right to refuse service requests that violate our terms and conditions or are deemed inappropriate or fraudulent.
